Dimitri Newman, Photographer, Los Angeles

Description

This still life photograph by Dimitri Newman features an arrangement of everyday objects on a round metal stool against a neutral grey background. A bright blue articulated desk lamp stands behind a white ceramic teacup and saucer with blue trim. Delicate gold-framed eyeglasses rest directly across the rim of the teacup. A small matchbox sits to the right of the cup on the textured metal surface. The lighting is soft and directional, highlighting the smooth ceramic and painted metal textures.
