Description

A horizontal frame captures a mountaineer standing beside a blue glacial ice wall. The subject is geared in a climbing helmet fitted with a headlamp, a bright fluorescent red-orange balaclava, and a dark quilted puffer jacket over a backpack harness. He extends a black-gloved hand forward, catching water droplets as they melt from a suspended translucent ice formation. Soft, cold ambient lighting accentuates the texture of the glacial cavern and technical outdoor apparel.
