Twin Peaks · This Must Be Where Pies Go When They Die

Twin Peaks presents "This Must Be Where Pies Go When They Die," an animated video project developed by BUCK Sydney. The piece leans into a surreal aesthetic, utilising a hand-drawn animation style to explore the show's iconic iconography. Set against a moody, dark, and crimson gradient background, the sequence captures a series of fluid transitions. Symbols including a silver signet ring with an owl emblem, shifting red liquids, and a geometric cherry pie transform into a polished wooden log. The execution features cinematic, dramatic lighting with a clean illustrative finish.
