The Shane Warne Legacy

The Shane Warne Legacy · Don’t Waste a Beat

The Shane Warne Legacy presents Don’t Waste a Beat, a short-form tribute film that bridges the gap between historical archival documentation and contemporary production techniques. By weaving together original vintage footage and candid snapshots with staged, high-speed sequences of impact, the project establishes a visceral, tactile connection to its subject matter. Creative agency Thinkerbell oversaw the production, which utilizes a grainy, Super 8 and 16mm-inspired aesthetic to ground the project in a nostalgic visual language. FINCH handled the production duties, with post-production and visual effects provided by ARC and Fin. The project’s sensory focus is rounded out by a soundscape developed in collaboration with Sonar Music, Rumble Studios, and Level Two Music.
