Kat Von D

Kat Von D · The Deep

Kat Von D's campaign, The Deep, presents a series of cinematic visuals centered on a subject submerged in a red-tiled pool. The production captures the movement of fabric and hair in a controlled environment, utilizing a moody aesthetic and deliberate lighting to achieve deep crimson tones throughout the frame. The project makes extensive use of the live-action technique to explore underwater motion. Framed with film strip perforation borders, the final delivery emphasizes a distinct editorial look. This cosmetics project balances technical precision with a high-contrast visual palette to frame the brand's presence.
