Porcelain War is a documentary project from directors Brendan Bellomo and Slava Leontyev that captures the intersection of art and conflict. The production balances the intricate details of hand-painted ceramic sculptures with documentary footage to examine the dual lives of artists during wartime. Featuring interviews with porcelain artist Anya and executive producer Gabriela of BluBlu Studios, the work utilizes animation to frame the narrative. The project aesthetic leans into clean visual compositions and is executed with an analogue film sensibility.
