Balthazar Events · Brand Identity

The brand identity for Balthazar Events, developed by Zware Jongens, encompasses a comprehensive design system spanning print collateral, environmental signage, and motion graphics. The project leans into a clean and contemporary aesthetic, utilizing a disciplined monochromatic palette balanced by tactile paper goods and refined serif typography. Key elements include a suite of promotional stationery, custom mailers, and signage that highlight typographic hierarchy. The visual approach incorporates industrial textures and minimalist composition, seen across both digital and physical applications—from matchbox packaging and brochures to urban billboard displays. The work maintains a consistent, understated tone through deliberate pacing in motion graphics and high-contrast, soft-lit photography that emphasizes material quality.
