Willem de Bruin · Houten Pak

Willem de Bruin's Houten Pak is a music video production that captures the high-energy atmosphere of live concert and festival performances. The visual narrative centres on the intensity of stage shows, utilising fast-paced editing to transition between close-up character shots and sweeping wide angles of festival crowds. The project leans into a visceral aesthetic, incorporating handheld camera movements to mirror the movement of the audience. The production makes heavy use of atmospheric smoke and strobe lighting to maintain a rhythmic, concert-focused visual cadence throughout the live-action piece.
