Ting Dene · Sandpiper Gardens

Ting Dene presents a promotional campaign for Sandpiper Gardens, a retirement community focused on coastal living. The film highlights an active lifestyle through scenes of residents engaging in golf, seaside walks, and social gatherings within contemporary interiors. Utilizing live-action techniques, the project leans into warm, clean visuals to establish its environment. AdSmart from Sky provided creative agency services for the production, which centers on the residential experience and community amenities.
