The WOW Magazine

The WOW Magazine · In Focus

In Focus is a fashion editorial series for The WOW Magazine, captured by photographer Tianzheng Yun. The project utilizes a monochrome aesthetic across its studio portraits, blending clean, sharp geometric compositions with an analogue, film-like texture. The series features model Hong Lin, whose styling by Wojciech Christopher Nowak incorporates sculptural props and layered apparel to emphasize high-contrast silhouettes. The editorial work relies on precise lighting and intentional framing, with retouching by Alexander Ermolin providing a polished finish. Hair by Sevil Tai and makeup by Hiro Yonemoto complete the visual direction, resulting in a series defined by its stark, contemplative mood.
