The Winter Collective

The Winter Collective · Deadname

The Winter Collective presents 'Deadname,' a fashion editorial series that explores candid, minimalist styling through a raw, high-contrast monochrome lens. Captured by photographer Alexander Jacobi, the project channels a documentary aesthetic, grounding its subjects in a mix of lush natural riverbank settings and gritty, industrial urban textures. The imagery features models June Sung and Quinn Andres, with styling that emphasizes layered, textured pieces such as laced corsetry, wide-leg denim, and wire-rimmed spectacles. Utilizing analogue film techniques and natural light, the series leans into a distinct grain and high-contrast palette to highlight architectural details and organic foliage alike.
