Sunnei, mid/night 00.00 · Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

For its Fall 2024 ad campaign, the collaborative partnership between Sunnei and mid/night 00.00 embraces a philosophy of tactile intimacy and graphic precision. Guided by the creative direction of Simone Rizzo and Loris Messina, the project functions as a masterclass in editorial minimalism, stripping away extraneous noise to focus on the essential interplay between skincare and the human form. Through a series of tight-cropped macro shots and serene portraits, the campaign leans into a high-key aesthetic where stark, neutral backgrounds serve as a canvas for vibrant, color-blocked packaging and natural skin textures. The execution masterfully utilizes studio strobe lighting to ensure product legibility while maintaining a soft, contemplative mood across every frame. By documenting the delicate act of application—a hand pressing into a solid perfume or receiving a dollop of cream—the visuals bridge the gap between commercial product advertisement and intimate lifestyle reportage. With techniques ranging from sharp macro photography to soft, natural light portraiture, the campaign emphasizes the physical relationship between the user and the objects they touch. The result is a cohesive visual language that celebrates both the rigorous design of the Sunnei x mid/night 00.00 collection and the authentic, unadorned beauty of its diverse subjects, proving that high-end beauty advertising can be both technically clinical and deeply human.

Sunnei · Sunnei x Camper

Sunnei and Camper collaborate on this fashion campaign, which leans into surrealist aesthetics through the use of VFX and digital manipulation. The imagery focuses on playfulness and experimental proportions, setting models against neutral grey studio backdrops to highlight the footwear and apparel collections. Photographer Andrea Artemisio utilizes clean, even lighting across the series to underscore the conceptual silhouettes. The project features hair styling by Massimo Gamba and makeup by Camilla Romagnoli, with casting directed by Lorenzo de Fazio and Sofia Michaud.
