Sky Studios · Bad Tidings

Sky Studios presents the animated title sequence for Bad Tidings, a project that utilizes stylized 2D character animation to set a distinct visual tone. The sequence features two crowned figures maneuvering a wheelie bin across a vibrant, minimalist backdrop, punctuated by festive lighting and bold typography. Produced by Studio AKA, the creative direction leans into a retro aesthetic, pairing textured backdrops with geometric color transitions. The work draws on classic animation techniques to establish a graphic, cinematic narrative entry point for the title.
