Rotherham Council · Fostering

Rotherham Council’s Fostering campaign functions as a public awareness initiative, spotlighting the daily realities of family life and the impact of the foster care system. The commercial spot captures intimate interactions between carers and children within various domestic environments, focusing on authentic moments of connection and play. Produced with a documentary-style approach, the work employs natural light and soft indoor lighting to maintain a warm, grounded visual tone. AdSmart from Sky led the creative direction, delivering a project that leans into live-action techniques to emphasize the importance of local care.
