Redrow’s Sandbank project is a real estate development showcase featuring a series of modern residential properties. The film highlights the scale and layout of the housing community through clean, commercial visual cues that emphasize the suburban design of the development. Captured with fluid drone footage, the work offers an overview of the detached brick and rendered homes. The cinematography focuses on the architectural consistency of the neighborhood, showcasing manicured landscapes and street-level detailing across the residential site.
