Public School · Public School F/W 2026 Campaign

For the Public School F/W 2026 campaign, designers Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne lean into a raw, urban aesthetic that strips away the noise to focus on architectural silhouettes and texture. Captured through the lens of photographer Joshua Woods, the imagery oscillates between the grit of a nighttime cityscape and the controlled intensity of a high-saturation studio environment. The work feels deeply intentional, utilizing chiaroscuro lighting to carve out form, particularly where the glossy finish of heavy leather jackets meets the flat, matte depth of a vibrant red backdrop. This fashion campaign finds its momentum in the tension between subject and setting, whether it is a model caught in a low-angle, dominant pose or a portrait framed against the blurred, bokeh-streaked lights of a bridge across the water. By integrating low-fi textures and deliberate flash, the campaign adopts an editorial sensibility that feels both immediate and nostalgic. With casting by Anita Bitton and styling by Ronald Burton III, the project captures a distinctively moody spirit that refuses to conform to traditional commercial polish. The result is a visual narrative that channels the brand's authentic, street-informed identity, proving that a refined approach to editorial minimalism remains the most powerful tool for defining a seasonal vision in an increasingly saturated landscape.
