Pirelli Calendar · Pirelli 2026 Calendar

The Pirelli 2026 Calendar captures a series of editorial portraits featuring an ensemble cast, including actors Gwendoline Christie, Luisa Ranieri, and Tilda Swinton, alongside athlete Venus Williams and models Eva Herzigova and Du Juan. Photographed by Sølve Sundsbø, the project explores surreal and atmospheric compositions, utilizing techniques such as long exposure and chiaroscuro to create dramatic, mood-driven imagery. Creative direction is balanced by the fashion editorial work of Jerry Stafford, with hair styling by Syd Hayes and makeup by Val Garland. The production shifts between underwater sequences, studio-bound graphic setups, and dynamic light-trail experiments. The work emphasizes sculptural forms and textures, relying on hard light and deep shadows to establish a distinct, cool-toned aesthetic across the series.
