One Day

One Day · Brand Identity

The One Day brand identity project is a masterclass in urban-inspired commercial design, effectively blurring the lines between raw, street-level aesthetics and high-end graphic sophistication. By weaving together elements of bold, sans-serif typography with gritty architectural textures, the team at R/GA has crafted a visual language that feels both aspirational and deeply grounded in reality. The identity project comes alive through a versatile array of media, from large-scale outdoor illuminated billboards that command attention in the night sky to intimate, tactile packaging like the matte black gift box and the striking, translucent red vinyl record. Central to this execution is a series of portrait-heavy campaign graphics that lean into the grit of industrial environments, utilizing a high-contrast palette to keep the focus on the human element. The collaboration extends beyond static print, with motion work from Never Sit Still and film production by AWWW PTY LTD rounding out a comprehensive creative ecosystem. Through the thoughtful application of 3D render / CGI techniques alongside classic studio strobe lighting, the project maintains a cohesive, modern edge that pushes the brand forward. It is a bold, uncompromising approach to identity that suggests the brand is not merely present, but destined for prominence within its industry, perfectly balancing structural rigor with a rebellious, creative spirit.
