Virgin Atlantic, Maya Angelou · A Rainbow in the Clouds

Virgin Atlantic explores the connection between travel and human movement in A Rainbow in the Clouds. Featuring a mix of cinematic aerial photography and intimate terminal scenes, the commercial leans into a warm aesthetic to capture the bustle of a departure gate. Developed by the creative team at Lucky Generals, the project highlights the brand’s flight crews and diverse passenger base. The live-action technique emphasizes movement through the terminal, grounded by the steady motion of an aircraft against a sunset sky.
