John Legend

John Legend · Portrait

This editorial portrait series features musician John Legend across two distinct aesthetic studies. Photographer Cameron Krone captures the artist through a combination of moody, cool-toned studio portraiture and high-contrast monochrome street photography. The studio work utilizes soft, directional lighting against a muted backdrop to emphasise profile contours. In contrast, the outdoor series leans into a retro atmosphere, employing sharp, hard light to document movement against vintage automotive detail.
