Inherited

Inherited · Brand Identity

Graphic designer Eder Anaya crafts a comprehensive visual identity for the music act Inherited, leaning into a dark, moody aesthetic. The project establishes a distinct visual language through a combination of high-contrast motion graphics and live-action sequences. By utilizing a restrained red, black, and monochrome palette, the work emphasizes texture and form across various digital and print-ready applications. The creative direction incorporates both 3D modeling and experimental motion graphics, featuring macro close-ups of metallic elements alongside ornate, gothic-inspired emblems. These digital pieces are balanced by raw, lo-fi performance footage and studio portraits that establish the band's identity. Typography remains a central focus throughout, utilizing clean sans-serif layouts and typewritten document textures to ground the project in a cohesive, cinematic framework.
