Fife Council · Fostering

Fife Council's 'Fostering' campaign focuses on the essential role of community support and family life. The film utilizes a live-action technique to present everyday domestic interactions and moments of shared care, grounding the narrative in the experience of welcoming a child into a new home. The project captures a series of vignettes, ranging from quiet educational moments in domestic interiors to children playing outdoors under warm coastal lighting. Created by AdSmart from Sky, the work emphasizes the routine and supportive environment central to fostering.
