Fede García Rico · Historia

Fede García Rico explores the rhythm of daily labor in 'Historia', a documentary-style video project that documents the lives of artisans and workers within their professional environments. The work navigates a range of settings, from workshops and kitchens to industrial spaces, maintaining a focus on candid human interaction and the materiality of various crafts. Utilizing a cinematic, vertical format, the project employs warm lighting and natural color grading to ground each portrait. Directed by Fede García Rico with representation by Mama Hungara, the film uses live-action techniques to emphasize atmospheric detail and authentic textures in these professional spaces.
