Dilara Findikoglu · Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

The Fall 2024 ad campaign for Dilara Findikoglu masterfully bridges the gap between high-fashion couture and dark, cinematic storytelling. Under the creative direction of Dilara Findikoglu, the campaign leans into a brooding, ethereal narrative, utilizing a desolate and otherworldly landscape as a canvas for the label's latest collection. Through the lens of photographer Jordan Hemingway, the imagery embraces a signature low-key chiaroscuro aesthetic, where dramatic, moody lighting carves out the complex silhouettes of the garments. Featuring model Mariacarla Boscono, the campaign is defined by an uncompromising editorial intensity, blending raw natural textures with the sharp, metallic sheen of intricate, avant-garde pieces, such as the sculptural cutlery dress. Every frame feels like a deliberate, cinematic sequence, balancing the heavy atmosphere of stormy, overcast skies against the precise, high-fashion styling of Ally Macrae. The technical execution, supported by hair styling from Louis Souvestre and makeup artistry by Daniel Sallstrom, creates a cohesive look that is as haunting as it is luxurious. By emphasizing stark contrast and atmospheric tension, the project elevates the commercial fashion campaign format into a cohesive visual language that remains inherently faithful to the gothic, experimental spirit of the brand. This series succeeds in carving a distinct, visual identity that feels both timeless and deeply provocative, firmly cementing its place within the contemporary luxury landscape.
