CT Lotto

CT Lotto · First Tuesday

CT Lotto introduces its First Tuesday campaign, blending elements of a television talent show with live musical performance to promote new scratch ticket releases. The commercial features a three-piece band playing on stage, framed by high-contrast blue lighting and a branded backdrop. The narrative transitions to a judging panel seated against a city skyline, reinforcing the talent show aesthetic. The production, created by Decker, relies on a clean, live-action technique to present the campaign's central action.
