Create Properties

Create Properties · Brand Identity

Create Properties presents a comprehensive brand identity for the Burnaby Lake development, centered on community connectivity and landscape integration. The project utilizes a clean, minimalist graphic design system that balances bold primary color blocks with architectural photography and aerial footage of the site. Developed by Vanderbrand, the identity spans across diverse media including corporate stationery, web interface design, and detailed cartographic mapping. The visual language relies on crisp typography and vector-style motion graphics to highlight urban transit links and natural recreational spaces. By layering drone footage with structured vector animations, the campaign communicates a modern approach to real estate development.
