Cosmopolitan Korea

Cosmopolitan Korea · Red Heart Alert!

Cosmopolitan Korea presents 'Red Heart Alert!', a cosmetics editorial series that explores vivid color palettes through a blend of portraiture and still-life photography. The project features beauty direction by Haeri Jo, focusing on high-contrast applications of red and coral tones across a range of graphic and playful beauty looks. Techniques including macro photography and clean beauty lighting define the series. The visuals pair dewy, luminous skin textures with bold cosmetic accents, ranging from precise heart-shaped motifs to confectionery-inspired product styling. The work maintains a consistent editorial aesthetic, utilising saturated backdrops and soft, warm lighting to highlight product details and facial features.
