Chalayan · Hussein Chalayan With Kolon Sports 2023FW Collection Across The Water By Choi Eunmi

The 'Across The Water' project captures the 2023FW collaboration between designer Hussein Chalayan and Kolon Sport. This editorial series highlights the intersection of architectural fashion and technical outerwear, leaning into a sculptural aesthetic that emphasizes volume, cut-out details, and layered silhouettes. Photographer Choi Eunmi documents the collection through a blend of studio and outdoor portraiture. The visuals utilize soft directional lighting and a muted, desaturated palette to underscore the modern functionality of the garments, often framing subjects against minimal backdrops or moody, atmospheric environments to isolate the texture and form of the puffer-heavy designs.
