Cavell Healthcare · April 22 TVC

Cavell Healthcare’s recruitment campaign shines a light on the daily experiences of professional care workers supporting elderly residents. The project balances intimate moments of interpersonal care with broader portraits of the nursing team across residential and outdoor settings. Produced with creative input from AdSmart from Sky, the live-action commercial leans into a clean aesthetic. The narrative centers on staff testimonials, intercut with scenes of the team in their professional environment, including footage of branded vehicles outside the company facilities.
