Brent Council launches a new public awareness campaign aimed at recruitment for fostering services within the borough. The project features a series of portraits and candid sequences that follow children and families across various local settings, ranging from domestic home environments to community spaces. Produced by AdSmart from Sky, the campaign leans into a documentary aesthetic using live-action techniques. The narrative is framed by soft natural and warm indoor lighting, establishing an emotive tone as the visual content guides viewers toward local resources and web-based call-to-action touchpoints.
