Blue Residences

Blue Residences · Brand Identity

Blue Residences establishes a modern brand identity for its real estate portfolio, leaning into a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The project, designed by Marlon Tate, encompasses a wide array of visual touchpoints including editorial brochures, digital billboards, and brand stationery, all unified by a structured grid and bold typography. Graphic design elements serve to highlight property amenities through vector-based infographics and high-contrast logomarks. Beyond static design, the identity extends into motion, with a promotional film that captures lifestyle vignettes using live-action techniques and drone footage. The overall visual language across both print and digital assets maintains consistency through saturated color panels and precise structural alignment.
