Aman Essentials

Aman Essentials · Kim Jones x Aman Essentials

The Kim Jones x Aman Essentials collaboration presents a sophisticated editorial campaign that explores the intersection of architecture, movement, and travel. Captured by photographer Philipp Paulus, the series utilizes analogue film and natural light to document models Bibi Abdulkadir and Henry Kitcher across varied urban and structural environments. The visual narrative balances the structured tailoring of the collection with minimalist, clean compositions. With fashion styling by Nilo Akbari, the work leans into a documentary-style perspective, juxtaposing rigid, modern architectural forms—such as glass-walled spaces and urban transit settings—against the fluid motion of the subjects. The series incorporates diverse techniques, including long exposure and cinematic underwater portraiture, to ground the luxury fashion identity in a tangible, atmospheric reality.
