Adjacent presents 'Forever Exploring,' a short-form animated project that navigates a post-apocalyptic narrative. The piece follows two young characters through a desolate, debris-filled landscape, building a sense of curiosity as they encounter a pulsing blue energy source. The project leans into a distinctive sci-fi anime aesthetic, utilizing vertical framing to heighten the sense of scale in a crumbling world. Creative direction by American Haiku centers the atmosphere on the mysterious encounter at the crater's edge.
