A Rabbit's Foot

A Rabbit's Foot · Shoot for Issue 16

A Rabbit's Foot Issue 16 features a cinematic video portrait of actor Willem Dafoe, developed as a moody, atmospheric study in movement and emotion. The project leans into a high-contrast aesthetic, utilizing low-key chiaroscuro lighting to draw focus to performance and texture within a stripped-back studio environment. Produced by DIVISION US, the editorial piece employs monochrome grading to emphasize the depth of the frame. Arthur Paux directed the post-production and visual effects, ensuring the gritty, analogue-inspired look maintains its focus throughout the sequence.
