Description

The ZARA MAN Studio Party Collection campaign is a masterclass in modern luxury fashion, stripping away the excess of traditional gala photography to focus on the interplay of texture, silhouette, and movement. Under the sharp creative direction of Gorka Sorozabal, the project leans into a minimalist studio aesthetic that elevates the brand from fast-fashion staple to a house of sophisticated, elevated menswear. Photographer Zeb Daemen captures the collection through a series of editorial portraits that utilize a blend of studio strobe lighting and soft natural light, creating a cinematic, low-key chiaroscuro effect that draws the viewer into the intricate details of the garments. Featuring models Ottawa Kwami, Sanggun Lee, and Valentin Caron, the imagery breathes life into high-concept pieces like sequined shirts, floral-embroidered blazers, and wide-leg trousers. With set design by Laura Jauregui providing a gritty, grey-toned concrete backdrop, the project successfully prioritizes the tactile quality of the fabrics over traditional retail presentation. The result is a cohesive, highly curated visual language that feels both accessible and high-fashion, proving that when the noise is turned down, the strength of the tailoring and the precision of the styling—meticulously refined by Werner Amort—can command the room with understated elegance. This collection effectively redefines party-wear, trading sequins-and-sparkle kitsch for a moody, masculine refinement that feels grounded in contemporary luxury.
