Willy Chavarria
Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

Dec 2024
The Willy Chavarria Fall 2024 ad campaign serves as a masterclass in modern luxury fashion, masterfully blending avant-garde tailoring with a nostalgic, domestic intensity. Captured through the lens of photographer Diego Bendezu, the editorial campaign trades traditional high-gloss studio aesthetics for intimate, lived-in interiors, utilizing soft natural light to emphasize the rich, tactile qualities of the collection. Creative Director Willy Chavarria crafts a visual narrative that feels both deeply personal and culturally resonant, featuring a diverse ensemble of talent—including Paloma Elsesser and Kai Isaiah Jamal—whose striking presence grounds the dramatic, oversized silhouettes. Stylist Carlos Nazario heightens this tension by pairing structured, double-breasted blazers and sharp leather bombers with voluminous, wide-leg trousers and unexpected western-inspired accessories, such as cowboy hats adorned with singular floral details. The execution leans into a cinematic, editorial minimalism, where the juxtaposition of religious iconography, vintage furniture, and sharp contemporary garments creates an evocative, layered atmosphere. With the collaborative precision of hair by Joey George and makeup by Marco Castro, the campaign successfully elevates everyday environments into a high-fashion tableau. The result is a bold, cohesive statement that frames the collection not merely as clothing, but as an extension of the wearer’s identity, perfectly balancing structured elegance with a raw, grounded spirit.
