The Whimsical Wardrobe is a fashion editorial series produced for ICON America. The project explores a contrast between structured menswear tailoring and playful, eccentric styling elements, captured through a series of studio-based portraits that highlight rich material textures and silhouettes. Photographed by Ben Parks with styling by Keeley Dawson, the imagery spans a range of high-contrast monochrome compositions and vibrant, warm-toned backdrops. The editorial features models such as Joe Bottomer, placed within deliberate studio environments designed by Carlota Cabrera. The aesthetic combines clean, directional lighting with eclectic props and deliberate poses to create a narrative that leans into a theatrical and moody sensibility. Key production support includes hair by Hiroshi Matsushita, makeup by Phoebe Taylor, and casting by Shaun Beyen. The work utilizes editorial techniques and a clean visual language to showcase contemporary apparel.
