Self-Portrait’s A Night Out campaign channels an intimate, after-hours aesthetic through a series of polished fashion editorials and sharp, high-contrast still life photography. Directed by Han Chong, the imagery features model Matilda Navratil across a variety of domestic settings, from candlelit dining tables to retro-styled vanities, capturing the intricate textures of sequined gowns, velvet, and delicate lace. Photographer Oda Eide utilizes direct flash and moody, evocative lighting to highlight the metallic embellishments and shimmering surfaces of the collection. The project maintains a cohesive visual identity through the use of clean interior backdrops, mixing architectural details like boiserie molding and ceramic tiling with tactile elements like vintage furniture. Detailed makeup by Martina Lattanzi grounds the styling, resulting in a refined look that balances retro-inspired composition with contemporary editorial techniques.
