Noel Leeming explores the technical support services of its NOELedge program in this brand film. The narrative features a customer engaging with a retail assistant, balancing professional product consultation with a shift into lighthearted interaction. Developed by TBWA New Zealand, the project utilises a live-action technique to ground the store-based setting. Production for the commercial was handled by Fish n Clips and FanClub, with media planning by OMD and sound design by Liquid Studios.
