The Mowalola x Jordan 2026 campaign is a fusion of high-fashion design and athletic iconography, featuring an extensive lookbook and editorial series. Led by designer Mowalola Ogunlesi and art director Aïcha Sommer, the collaboration leans into a surreal, high-impact visual narrative that oscillates between minimalist studio portraiture and cinematic, atmospheric location shoots. Techniques such as chiaroscuro and moody, low-key lighting are employed to emphasize the structural silhouettes of the apparel, which often features glossy latex and leather textures. The project integrates diverse settings—from metallic-paneled corridors and tiled surfaces to surreal, nocturnal landscapes populated by sculpture. Supporting the visual execution is set design by Andrew Stellitano, movement direction by MJ Harper, and casting overseen by Affa Osman. The editorial stars models Abiei Mayom, Alek Wek, and Payusu Njie, with additional contributions from hair stylist Virginie Pinto Moreira, makeup artist Terry Barber, and manicurist Liia Zotova.
