Make Beauty’s skincare UGC project, produced and created by Slate Studios, focuses on the tactile and structural elements of the brand’s product line. The visual approach leans into a clean, minimalist aesthetic, employing macro photography to showcase the specific formulations and packaging design. The series features a range of product photography, including close-ups of the Succulent Skin Gel Cream and Skin Wash, as well as the Micro Ferment Rice Essence. Each image utilizes soft studio lighting and hard lighting techniques to emphasize the interplay between the matte, metallic, and iridescent finishes of the containers, alongside the translucent, viscous textures of the skincare liquids themselves.
