Historisk Museum
Brand Identity

Nov 2021
Historisk Museum’s comprehensive brand identity overhaul, led by graphic design studio Bleed, establishes a visual language that balances institutional legacy with a contemporary aesthetic. By integrating bold, minimalist typography with historical archival imagery, the project spans diverse formats ranging from urban exhibition posters to printed stationery and cinematic motion graphics. Photographer Jan Khür documents the application of this identity across varied architectural contexts, utilizing analogue film techniques and natural light to ground the clean, vibrant layouts within the built environment. The work channels a sophisticated, editorial approach, effectively pairing high-contrast color palettes with precise typographic arrangements to elevate cultural heritage assets across both static and moving media.
