Gaia Brand Identity 2023

About

Gaia’s brand identity project establishes a visual system centered on human connection and editorial storytelling. Led by design agency Ragged Edge with photography from Charlie McKay, the project utilizes a minimalist aesthetic defined by bold serif typography, warm earth tones, and a clean cream palette. The work translates across multiple formats, spanning OOH advertising, digital web interfaces, and tactile printed collateral. Execution across the identity relies on mixed-media techniques, featuring dynamic collage animations and layered photographic compositions. These visual assets incorporate candid portraiture, documentary-style lifestyle imagery, and organic paper textures. The final presentation balances professional graphic systems with soft, human-centered elements, seen in both physical packaging and digital design.
