Dove: Why2K?

Description
Dove explores the evolving perceptions of body image through the lens of early 2000s cultural history in the campaign Why2K. Produced by Razorfish, the project contrasts the aesthetic markers of the era—such as pink flip phones and Y2K-inspired messaging—with contemporary portraiture of diverse young women. The film utilizes a vertical, mobile-first format to bridge the gap between archival sensibilities and present-day visuals. Through a blend of live-action technique and VHS lo-fi aesthetics, the project examines the shifting relationship between youth culture and digital media over the last two decades.
