COS
Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

Aug 2024
For its Fall 2024 campaign, luxury fashion house COS reaffirms its commitment to modern, architectural elegance through a series of striking studio portraits. Under the creative direction of Karin Gustafsson, the campaign leans into a monochromatic palette, stripping away unnecessary noise to foreground the house's signature minimalist silhouette. Photographed by Karim Sadli, the imagery captures a diverse ensemble of talent, including Mariacarla Moscono, Rianne Van Rompaey, Colman Domingo, Christopher Abbott, Aidan Bissett, Taemin Park, Dara Gueye, Awar Odhiang, and Chu Wong, each framed against neutral, seamless backdrops. The editorial focus remains steadfastly on material quality, with lighting techniques that range from crisp high-key illumination to low-key chiaroscuro, effectively elevating the tactile nuances of wool, leather, and tweed. Stylist Jane How curates a selection of tailored blazers, oversized knits, and sculptural accessories that emphasize structural integrity, while hair by Anthony Turner and makeup by Christelle Cocquet lend a clean, polished finish to the series. By blending commercial accessibility with a high-end editorial sensibility, the project channels a timeless, contemporary aesthetic. The result is a cohesive narrative that celebrates the interplay of texture and form, establishing a masterclass in modern fashion portraiture that feels both grounded and aspirational, perfectly capturing the essence of the season with deliberate, understated precision.
