Boss One Bodywear 2025 Ad Campaign

Jan 2025
For the BOSS One Bodywear 2025 ad campaign, the brand leans into a masterclass of masculine minimalism, casting David Beckham as the face of a collection that prioritizes architectural silhouettes and raw, tactile storytelling. Orchestrated by creative director Trey Laird and captured through the lens of photographers and directors Mert and Marcus, the project strips away the noise to focus on the interplay between form, fabric, and skin. Utilizing cinematic, high-speed freeze techniques alongside dramatic low-key, chiaroscuro lighting, the imagery emphasizes the bold, branded waistbands of the underwear against the intricate, ink-heavy canvas of Beckham’s physique. The production, supported by the keen eye of stylist Joe McKenna and set designer Stefan Beckman, transitions effortlessly between industrial, raw studio environments and moody, water-drenched compositions. This editorial fashion approach elevates standard commercial underwear staples into a broader, more aspirational narrative. By balancing high-gloss studio strobe lighting with the textured, natural light found in industrial settings, the campaign achieves a grit that feels both elevated and grounded. It is a striking exploration of brand identity that relies on symmetrical, disciplined composition to command attention, proving that even the most foundational fashion categories benefit from a sophisticated, cinematic lens that highlights quality, detail, and an unmistakably steady, masculine energy.
