On Zatopek 10 2023

Description

This monochrome image captures a white portable loudspeaker resting on the surface of an athletic track. A thin cable extends from the unit and snakes down across the dark textured ground next to a white lane divider. The composition is shot vertically from a high angle, highlighting the stark contrast between the equipment and the track surface. The photograph forms part of the Zatopek 10 project for On, photographed by Julian Schulz.
