Valentino Resort 2027

Jun 2026
For the Valentino Resort 2027 collection, the maison leans into a dialogue between heritage architecture and contemporary sartorial innovation. Captured through the lens of photographer Liv Liberg, the campaign presents an editorial study of texture and form set within the storied walls of an Italian villa and its manicured gardens. The visual narrative channels a refined, neoclassical atmosphere where sharp tailoring meets whimsical detailing, including signature floral appliqués and shimmering silver fringe. The collection comes to life through a diverse cast of models, including Dario Tonin, Gaëtan Bianchi, George Anderson, Khadim Diouff, Valery Sergeeva, and Yar Aguer, who inhabit these ornate, light-filled spaces with an effortless grace. The imagery relies on the soft, diffused clarity of natural light to articulate the intricate craftsmanship of the garments, from structured plaid trench coats to delicate beaded capes. With creative vision provided by Alessandro Michele, the project balances the rigid symmetry of classical environments with the fluid, unconventional silhouettes of the new season. Every frame emphasizes a sophisticated interplay of high-fashion editorial aesthetics, where the juxtaposition of vintage carved wood, stone sculpture, and vibrant textiles highlights the house’s ongoing commitment to artistry. Through professional styling, including hair by Paolo Soffiatti and makeup by Joel Babicci, the result is a cohesive, lifestyle-forward showcase that feels simultaneously historical and arrestingly modern in its execution.
