Description

The Road, a compelling fashion campaign by Present Space, masterfully captures a sense of solitary introspection and movement within an expansive rural landscape. Under the guidance of creative directors Juan Duque and Nima Habibzadeh, the project leverages a cinematic and documentary aesthetic to explore the intersection of raw human emotion and contemporary luxury design. Captured through the lens of photographer Kito Muñoz, the editorial utilizes both 35mm film and analogue techniques to ground the subjects in a tactile, high-contrast reality. The imagery oscillates between stark, minimalist studio portraits and wide-angle lifestyle shots that emphasize the scale of the natural environment, featuring rolling hills and winding asphalt paths. With meticulous styling by Fátima Monjas, the collection highlights the interplay of textures—from structured black leather and matte trousers to voluminous, patterned capes—creating a visual dialogue between high-fashion draping and rugged, casual attire. By integrating the emotive presence of models Charlie Tilling-Cole and Vincent Rockins, the campaign avoids the sterility of standard fashion photography, favoring a moody, raw atmosphere. The final result reads as an evocative narrative of journey and connection, where natural light and authentic skin textures elevate the luxury apparel, resulting in a cohesive, portfolio-worthy body of work that feels both timeless and deeply rooted in modern fashion sensibilities.
