Contours of Light in the Dolomites is a fashion editorial series for Numero Tokyo, set against the rugged backdrop of the Italian alpine region. The project captures an interplay between high-fashion silhouettes and rustic, sun-drenched environments, utilizing hard light to define the textures of weathered wood, stone architecture, and mountain flora. Employing analogue film techniques, the series leans into the dramatic scale of the landscape. Each frame balances structured tailoring and voluminous garments against the open, grassy slopes and traditional village architecture, resulting in a cohesive visual narrative that emphasizes the contrast between intricate textures and the natural atmosphere of the mountains.
